hcloud-ruby v1.0.3

I’m now contributing and maintaining the ruby gem hcloud, a client for the Hetzner Cloud API. As a first ‘official act’, we¹ tidied the repo up a bit and released v1.0.3.

Changes

• set up a working CI, shifting from travis² to github actions
• support ruby 3.0+3.1
